Shipping your order:
What is the delivery time ?
Immediately after placing your order you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation of your order. We put all the bouquets together and arrange them by hand. We will do this immediately after we have received your order. But you have to be patient – we go for the most beautiful bouquet! We always ship your order within 5 working days. As soon as your silk flowers leave us, you will receive a track-and-trace code.
In the Netherlands :
All orders from Expo Giethoorn are shipped by PostNL. You can have your order delivered at home or to another address of your choice. You also have the option to have your order delivered to a PostNL collection point or you can opt for an evening delivery, so easy! As soon as your package has been processed by PostNl, you will receive an e-mail from us containing the track-and-trace code. From that moment on, you can easily track your shipment.
Do I have to pay shipping costs?
With an order of € 300 or more you pay no shipping costs. For an order of less € 300, - we charge € 16.95 for preparing for shipment and delivering your order.
Order outside the Netherlands?
The shipping costs for a destination outside the Netherlands may differ and also differ per location. We calculate this automatically during the ordering process.

My package has not yet been delivered, what to do?
It is possible that your package has been delayed with the carrier. We advise you to check the status of the shipment. You do this with the track-and-trace code that you have received from us. Do you need help or a question?
